Messaging Terms (SMS)

If you check the transactional consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Scalevate Marketing LLC about your inquiry, appointments, and account, such as replies to your questions and appointment confirmations and reminders. If you also check the marketing consent box, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages, which may be sent using automated technology.

• Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can still reach us by email or phone if you prefer not to receive texts.
• Two separate choices. Our forms have two optional boxes: one for texts about your inquiry, appointments, and account, and one for marketing texts. We send marketing and promotional texts only to people who check the marketing box.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Texts about your inquiry depend on your conversation with us. Marketing texts are recurring and are sent only if you checked the marketing box.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT) to any message from us, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, including by emailing info@scalevatemarketing.com. • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing of phone numbers for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging and scheduling providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are treated separately and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile Information and SMS Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is used solely by Scalevate Marketing LLC to send you the text messages you agreed to receive and is never sold, rented, or shared.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Tracking

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Specifically:

• Google Analytics (cookie _ga and related): measures aggregate site traffic and usage.
• Meta Pixel (cookies _fbp, _fbc, and related): measures visits and actions connected to our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Our CRM tracking script (served from app.scalevatemarketing.com): records the pages you visit and the forms you submit on our Site so we can follow up on your inquiry.

These browser scripts do not load until you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, they are not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set by them. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. You can also opt out of Google Analytics globally by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

When you submit the contractor inquiry form, we may also send Meta a server-side lead event to measure advertising performance and avoid counting the same lead twice. This event may include hashed versions of your name and email address, along with your IP address, browser information, page URL, advertising attribution data, and the trade and monthly ad budget range you selected on the form. It does not include your phone number. Meta may use this event to measure and improve the delivery of our ads. This server-side event may be sent whether or not you accepted analytics cookies.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Children's Privacy
